The AYV Miss University 2018 Pageant is all set to hold in Forty-One days from today.
The event has now assumed a national symbol, with the help of AYV and its partners.
Its purpose is to empower and showcase women of Sierra Leone and this year’s event will be one with a difference as it will include creating a platform for the winner to actively participate in social work through the AYV Charity Foundation.

The recent laying on the Table of the House of Constitutional Instruments No. 64 and 65 of 2018 for the setting up of Commission of Inquiry into corruption in governance has brought into sharp focus, the whole issue of procedure for such instruments.
For the enlightenment of the public, the Lex Specialis or the general interpretation of Constitutional Instrument is that it is the power conferred by the Constitution to be exercised by a way of an instrument enacted by the President and Parliament as assembled. Section 171 of the Constitution of Sierra Leone (Act No.6) of 1991 states:
