Glen described the Dr. Coker’s victory as a blessing for not only the handball family but for the Olympic Family where he served as President for over three years now and as bringing some amount of respect, integrity and large amount of commitment to the work of the National Olympic Committee (NOC).
He said Dr. Coker has gone unopposed in the past two congresses and the reason for that is because the handball family saw him as a father who can deliver and they also have confidence in his leadership.
According to Glen, the delegates have done their own part by entrusting the association in the hands of Dr Coker and the rest of the executive for the next 4 years, it’s their responsibility to take the association to another level.
“We are looking forward to a swift development of the sport. We want handball to grow like other sporting disciplines”.
